Greetings! I've lived in Southern California and Florida and have also traveled extensively and have owned and managed several properties. In 2016 my marriage ended after 27 years and I went down to 1 income. I was forced to downsize and decided to move to a smaller home. I now live in St. Petersburg, Florida 7 miles from the beach! My house is barely over 500 sq. ft., but it's perfect for my Cat, Gigi, and I! Follow us on our journey through surviving divorce, downsizing, and traveling abroad (in luxury!), while living large in a tiny home!
